Yes, I have administrator rights

Yes, I have administrator rights, also I have isolated a pc, and uninstall all software as possible, remove user profiles and create a new administrator user, and receive the same error.

Moreover I apply Reading and Writing rights for all users on the registry of windows and all files of HDD if was a permissions problem, but the problem persist.

I think the problem is in the testing requirements of installation, but I don't see the solution, the pc's are all at least a Pentium Dual Core, 2Ghz, 512Mb (most of pc's 1Gb)RAM, and HDD 80Gb at least
